Refund policy

We do not accept physical returns. We do not accept returns because you have changed your mind.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at superchicfashion13@gmail.com and provide clear photos and a video showing the damage.

If you report the damage within 30 days of receiving your item and provide this evidence, we will issue a 100% refund after receiving the evidence.

The deadline for reporting arrival damage under this policy is 30 days after receiving your item. You do not need to send the item back.
